THIS INDENTURE made the Tenth day of January 1681 Betweene EDMOND SANDERS of the County of Middex. Planter RICHARD PERROT JUNR. Gentl. Witnesseth that said Edmond Sanders for diverse good causes hath covenanted & agreed that he the said Edmond Sanders shall & from time to time & at all times from & after the date of these pesents during term of fowre compleat years next (if he the said Edmond Sanders shall for long live) well and truely Secure to him the said Richard Perrot his heirs as a good & Faithful Seryt. concerning all & all manner of Imploymt: Work & Labour whatsoever And as a good & faithfull Servt: shall & will behave himselfe towards his Mast: & carry himself in all his Imploymts: dureing the said terme as a Servant ought to doe to a Master And the said Richard Perrot doth agree to & with the said Edmond Sanders that he the said Richard Perrot Junr; his heirs shall at all times dureing the said Terme find allow & pvide him sufficient Dyet, Washing & Lodging with Sufficient Cloathes Linneng & wooling Such as are fitting & becoming a good Servt: in Virga. In Witness the partyes have hereunto agreed they have interchangeably set their hands & seales the day & year abovesd.

THIS INDENTURE made this 29th day of Janaury 1696/7 & in the Eight yeare of the Reigne of our Sovrigne Lord William the Third Between HENRY PARROT of Middlesex County in Virginia (free Planter of one part and WILLIAM CHURCHHILL Merchant of the said County Wittnesseth that the said Henry Parrot for the sume Fifty pounds Lawful] money of England doth grant unto said William Churchhill his heires forever all his the said Henry Parrot his Plantation &devident of land belonging whereon EDMOND SAUNDERS now liveth was lately in the occupation of Mr. RICHARD PERROT the Younger, being in Middlesex County & containing One hundred and forty acres of land which said one hundred and forty acres is part of a devident of Eight hundred acres of land formerly granted by Pattent baring date 26th day of January 1661 to Mr. RICHARD PARROT the Elder, & his heires & by him Richard Parrot the Elder conveyed to Richard Parrot the Younger & his heires with a reservation of an Estate for life of him the said Richard Parrot the Elder, & is descended to the said Henry Parrott as Son & heire of Richard Parrot the Younger, wch said land is bounded by said Churchhills land called BULL NECKS on the one side the land of Mr. JOHN NICHOLLS on ye other side & so alongst Mr. John Nicholls his Creeke commonly called Nicholls his Creeke & formerly called by the name of Dales Creeke
