- To sons Notely and John, dwelling plantation called Frailty, son John to have 200 acres next to land of Robert Yates, and son Notely the residue.
- To son William Barton Warren, tract in Port Tobacco Hundred, known as Strife.

Barton Foliet Warren was born on 1696 in Pyckyswaxon, Charles County, Maryland, United States to Lt. Thomas Warren and Mary Jane Barton Warren. Barton Foliet married Martha Grieve. He passed away on 1757 in Maryland, United States.
Barton Foliet Warren is my 8th great uncle.
Barton was a minor in 1705 when he inherited from his father's estate the farms called "Frailty" and "Strife" and left them in his will to his wife Elizabeth and his children.
