Bolton at the Boston Atheneum exhibit in Boston, MA, in 1917, and then used as the source for the engraving that was reproduced in 1918 in Vol. 1 of Bolton's book "The Founders: Portraits of Persons Born Abroad Who Came to the Colonies in North America Before the Year 1700".
