She married Francis Thorndike before 4 September 1589 in Great Waldingfield, Suffolk, England. He was born 5 Jan 1569 in Lincolnshire, and was buried on 10 Mar 1644/5 before age 76 in Scamblesby, Lincolnshire, England. He was the son of Nicholas Thorndike and Frances Sotheby; his first marriage. He narried second on 9 Feb 1632/3 Elizabeth (____) Prigion [perhaps, Elizabeth Mylne, m. 22 Oct. 1579 Nicholas Pridgeon, at Carlton-in-Moorland, Lincolnshire.][1]
Francis and Alice had the following children:[1]
- Francis, bapt. 21 Sep 1589 in Great Waldingfield, Suffolk, England.[2] Steward noted that Francis was perhaps baptized at this location. If baptism records for brothers John and Paul have been found at nearby Little Waldingfield, the baptism at Great Waldingfield would seem reasonable. Married Margaret Copinger.
- Herbert, d. 17 Jul 1672 at Chiswick, Middlesex.[1]
- John, bapt. 3 Oct 1598 in Little Waldingfield, Suffolk[3]. Married Elizabeth Stratton. Emigrated to Massachusetts, returned to England.
- Paul, bapt. 7 Aug 1600 in Little Waldingfield, Suffolk[3]
