Problem with this page?

From merge issue attempted resolutions, I have ended up with multiple parents for an individual.
Can somebody explain to me how these can be resolved/removed? I don't see any "delete" functions if an error is discovered. New "Pro" here and I feel way over my own head!

Thank you in advance.

Clarence I need to know how to remove lots of them too. Some of my relatives have mutiple parents. You used to have an x and you could just take them of but now if it is your relative and you know it is not right you seem to not have an option to take it off. I will watch to see if someone can help us. Thanks Wilbur

Same Problem here.

I'm guessed John Boliter is the individual that had some parental issues? I don't really know how to fix problems in the general case, as I'd never done a merge before, but when I viewed John Boliter's tree post-merge, there was a triangular emblem vaguely reminiscent of a caution sign in the bottom left of his entry on the tree. When I clicked that, it allowed me to merge parents and siblings so that there weren't any more conflicts.

As to what happens if you've already done that and there are still merge issues, I'm not sure, never having done that myself; but if you haven't done that yet, maybe try looking at the individual's tree view and seeing if they have that problem icon on the bottom left of their entry.

Well, guess I'm not the only one with this problem! LOL
I will contact GENI.COM about this and see what they say. But we WILL get an answer some how!

Let's keep this discussion open....maybe a Super Pro will see it.

Looks like a real, ongoing problem. Note the 81 message on Geni Forum.
