I highly suspect that Karl Viktor Mäkinen also was the father of Alma Johanna Muhonen (born in Saarijärvi in 1893), see her profile here: Alma Johanna Muhonen
The suspicion is founded on DNA-tests (all though Karl Viktor also was 2C with the mother of Alma), circumstancial evidences (such as they lived pretty close to eachother) and also similar facial fetaures (according to photos).
