Disruptive logoff forced by MyHeritage in the middle of a session

Here we go again with disruptive logoffs in the middle of a session and then a smug email from MH saying to me, "Hi Gary,‎ It's time to set a new password."

Can this process not be handled in a less disruptive fashion?
For example, email the user to let them know they have 24 hours to change their password?

Geni pulled this shenanigan twice last year, the last time in December when I opened a similar public discussion. MH owns Geni. MH needs to improve the manner in which they are doing this.

Any constructive suggestions for whom I may contact at MH to request this opportunity for improvement? Please don't patronize me with comments about "security breach", etc. Thank you.

To be clear, I was in a Geni profile attempting to add SmartMatches when the Record Match screen in MH grayed out. "Looks like you're having trouble logging in" ... Not impressive.
