Basically though it should go like this;
Sir John Blount* [1345-1425] & Juliana Foulehurst married 1374 [*had a son John Blount with both his wives...]
John Blount [1377-before 1425-predeceased father] & Isabel Foulehurst married 1408
John Blount [1411-1478] & Catherine Corbett who married in 1447

Unfortunately, there are errors with the children too...

Now we have John Blount married to Catherine Corbet, so it seems we might have an extra generation...It should be John Blount/Juliana Foulehurst; John Blount Isabel Foulehurst; John Blount/Catherine Corbet/Corbett.

Managers of Isobel Fowleshurst,

I am contacting you about this profile: Isobel Blount

Isabel married the father of this John Blount by marriage settlement dated 1408.

The wife of this John Blount [1411-1478] was Catherine Corbett; marriage settlement dated 1447

To proceed with the Blounts of Sodington. John Blount, the
eldest son of Sir John Blount and Juliana Foulhurst, married Isabel, the
daughter of Dame Joanna Fouleshurst, as appears by the settlement made
in the tenth of Henry the Fourth, 1408. This was an indenture made
between Sir John Blount the elder, and Dame Johanna Fouleshurst, by
which it was agreed that John Blount, the eldest son and heir of Sir John,
shall marry Isabel, the daughter of the said Dame ; that the said Dame
shall pay twenty marks at the time of the marriage, and forty pounds, and
Sir John shall enfeoft his son and Isabella with his manor of Uttekeshather,
or Uteskefather, called Blount's Place, with other lands, except the parke,
&c, called Blount's Parkek. He died before his father
Their son and heir, John Blount, Esquire, married Catherine, youngest
daughter and co-heir of Thomas Corbet, Esquire, of Stanford in Shropshire.
The settlement is dated on the Wednesday after Saint Barnaby's day, in
the twenty-sixth year of Henry the Sixth, 1447, between Thomas Corbet
and John Blount of Sodington, in which John Blount agrees to wed
Catherine, youngest daughter of Thomas, and that the enfeoffors of the
said John of the manor of Timberlake, &c, shall enfeoft them to the said
John and Catherine, to be of the yearly value of ten pounds, that the said
Thomas, and Joan his wife, shall settle lands in Tattesale, Martroke, and
Godewad in Shropshire to their own use for life, with remainder to John
and Catherinem. Corbet bore, quarterly, the first and fourth, or, a raven,
proper. Second, or, a carbunde of eight points, sable. Third, argent,
three bendlets, gules, within a bordure, sable, charged with besants". His
will is dated the first of March, 1478, and was proved at Cleobury, the
nineteenth of January, 1479. . His feoffees were to raise twenty marks to
marry Isabella, Margaret, and Blanch, his daughters, if they married with
the consent of Katherine their mother, and Edward their brother".

They had six sons and three daughters. Sir Edward Blount, the
eldest, married Joan the relict of Sir Walter Devereux, was knight of the
body to King Henry the Seventh, and died without issue, in the four-
teenth year of Henry the Seventh?. Peter succeeded to the estates.
Humphrey lived at Thornbury in Gloucestershire, and left children. Richard of Calais married Alice Knight

I am contacting you about this profile: Eleanor Blount

There is no evidence anywhere that I can find that Eleanor was the name of John Blounts wife.
His wife was Isobel Foulehurst;

I would make the required changes, but all the fields are locked.

I am contacting you about this profile: John Blount

I spent a few hours today trying to further untangle the "John Blounts". This john is married to a ficticious wife, namely "Eleanor" instead of Isabel Foulehurst [marriage settlement dated to 1408]

His son John Blount is erroneously married to Isabel Foulehurst [who is in fact his mother] instead of Catherine Corbett in 1448.

There’s a sourced tree to follow here:

https://buist-keatch.org/buist/goring/15579.html

This is certainly a confusing family, with many branches & repeated names. I found an interesting map today showing how close together the family properties were, clustered near the border of Shropshire & Worcestershire [Mamble, Astley, Bewdley, Kidderminster, Kinlet, Cleobury Mortimer & Willey], so presumably the siblings & cousins all socialised!
Sir John Blount [born after 1345, (because his elder brother was born in 1345) and died on the 4th April 1425 at Mamble, Worcestershire & buried at John the Baptist, Mamble]. He married twice & complicated the tree by having sons John with bith his wives.
He married Juliana Foulherst in 1374. Juliana must have died before 1383 when John married again]. They had two sons; John Blount [who predeceased his father ] & William Blount who died in 1416 without issue]
The son John Blount [son of Juliana F & John Blount] was born about 1377 & had died sometime before 1425 when his father died.
The marriage settlement between John Blount & Isabel Foulehurst dates to 1408 [so it cannot be a John Blount of the following generation as he is not yet born!]. I do not know where "Eleanor" came from as his wife as there are no notes & I cannot find anything to support that marriage.
John Blount [1377-Bef 1425 ] & Isabel Foulehust are known to have had a son John Blount who was born in 1411 because the 1425 IPM for his grandfather JB, stated that his Grandson John B, son of his deceased son JB of his first wife Juliana was aged 14. He is known to have died in 1478 because he left a will naming his children.
The marriage settlement between John Blount & Catharine Corbet [daughter of Thomas Corbet of Stanford, Shropshire] is dated 1447.
Their children include Sir Edward Blount, Peter Blount, Humphrey Blount, Richard Blount, Isabella Blount, Margaret Blount & Blanch Blount.

The tree as it stands in Geni at the moment seems to have an "extra" generation, with a John & Eleanor pairing. There are children in the tree that don't seem to belong [but mkay belong to one of the other Blount branches...].

It is a confusing family, and, although I can't remember exactly what was amiss, we found some crucial errors in Croke's work, so tread carefully.
