It is quite impossible for this person to have been the daughter of her connected parents: Both parents died decades before she was born, and even if that was not so, her mother would have been over 90 years old when she was born.

I agree. It looks like the merge messed up the profile. I am only Geni Basic, so cannot remove the merge. If someone who can do it, do it, it will be much appreciated.

Maryna Naudé, b1c8d3e7f5g5h1i2 it appears as if this profile belongs to another person and that she has been erroneously attached to this family. My reasons for this are:

Anna Catharina Coetzee Snyman was born in 1916 and her husband Lourens Marthinus Snyman and all her children's (estimated and quoted) birthdates are plausibly within her lifetime expectations;
It is physically and biologically impossible that Anna Catharina Snyman (Venter) (1916-1990) could have been born from a father (Albertus Johannes Venter) and mother (Susanna Maria Jacomina Venter / Botha) born in 1821 and 1825 respectively;
All her ascribed "siblings" were born within a plausible time period (where specific dates exist) while her ascribed "parents" were still of reproductive age between 1846 and 1864, the latest more than 50 years before her own birth date. This discrepancy is untenable;
Among her "siblings" is a sister of the same forenames, Anna Catharina de Bruyn and it it my guess that this is where the confusion originated.

Based on the above, I am now severing the link between Anna Catharina Coetzee Snyman and parents Albertus Johannes Venter and Susanna Maria Jacomina Venter / Botha because I am quite certain that Anna does not belong in this family.

I hope this help although your discussion happened a while ago.
Anna Catharina Coetzee was my paternal grandmother. Her parents were Johannes Jacobus Venter 1888-1955 and Pieternella Maria (du Toit) Venter, later Breedt 1892-1972. My father, Johannes Jacobus Snyman 1946-2019 being the 2nd son, was named after her father. My grandmother being the 2nd daughter was named after her paternal grandmother, Anna Catharina (Coetzee) Venter 1868-1894/
