I cannot reconnect them as I disconnect this couple from his parents and them as a couple.
As they WERE, their relationship was showing niece and uncle which is not a relationship which would be permitted to legally marry.
The MIDDLE initial B seem to be important so he cannot be the same person as Captain William Anderson Fowler who is a known son of Joseph Fowler and Nancy Tucker and named in Joseph F Fowler, I 's will.
Do we know who William B Fowler is?
