Profiles Mentioned:

John Blake is currently identified as having three parents: Humphrey Blake (1500-1558), Robert Blake (1488-1542), and Agnes "Anne" Blake nee Lyttleton (1501-1585). To complicate matters, John appears to have had a younger brother ALSO named John, and they both had wives with similar names. This John's wife also mentions an "alternative name" of Jugg, which would be John the Younger's wife... According to what's been posted on Find a Grave:

John the Elder (1521-1576) married Joan Rawson Blake (1530-1595). Findagrave lists seven children attributed to John the Elder.

John the Younger (1533-1571) is mentioned to have “six children” on findagrave, unnamed, and his wife was named Joan Christina Jugg Blake (1521-1595).

Robert Blake (1488-1542)’s father’s page (Robert Blake 1467-1521) is also mentioned to have “likely existed, according to correspondence by Elizabeth Kipp, but was not the son of William Robert Blake (1438-1471). This assertion of parentage comes from a fraudulent genealogy published by Horatio Gates Somerby in the mid-1800s.”

It appears both of these Blakes may have had some relation to John and Humphrey Blake, IF Robert Sr. truly existed, but without further sources, I am not exactly sure how and what. The allegations of a fraudulent genealogy does not help matters.

John Blake had children named Ann, Humphrey, Robert, and William, which does demonstrate some potential use of family names, as his mother Agnes "Ann" Blake and Humphrey Blakes' names are reused. Findagrave does not mention Humphrey Blake’s parents or other children apart from both Johns and Robert. Another source mentions a brother named Thomas, with "Humphrey died in 1558, leaving the estate to his son Robert, but it appears to have passed to another son, John (d. 1571), and to John's brother Thomas. (fn. 176) In 1572 the manor was settled on Thomas, who sold it to his brother Robert in 1577. (fn. 177) Robert Blake died in 1592 and his son William sold the manor in 1602 to John Malet of Enmore." Interestingly John the Elder does not seem to be mentioned here.

I recommend updating (both) John's father as being Humphrey Blake, but there is still a lot of conflicting information listed about this family, due to name confusion between both brothers and their wives... John's son Humphrey (1554-1620) also had wives named Ann and Agnes, to add onto the reuse of names within the Blake family even further... so there is quite a few Blakes with similar names as it is. Obviously both Blake brothers have the same parents, but which John Blake married with Joan/Jane Blake and which children are siblings and cousins seems to be a little more complicated...
