Gaius Octavius, III - Roman Republic and the Roman Empire

Sometimes transfers of genealogy data has errors errors. Everyone makes small or big errors at times, which I seem to make despite how fastidious I try to be.

It may matter to Roman historians or history buffs to see "Roman Empire" cited before the it began. I know this because I've been on the receiving end of being called out for not knowing eras and dates.

Publicum Romanorum (Roman Republic): ca. 509 BCE to 27 BCE
Imperii Romani (Roman Empire): 27 BCE to 476 CE
