Geni Sandbox issue

I am trying to connect with my usual password to the sandbox but is not letting me in. Also when I try to get the password back it does not work.

Is Sandbox down?

Sandbox is up.
It's a completely separate system from production though.
So you'll need to make a new account there if you haven't already.

I have been using that account for 3 years already.
Sandbox is no longer letting me to get it.

I had exactly the same problem a day or two ago.
I just created a brand new account (with the same email address as my previous now-inaccessible one).

So I tried to create such a new accont, but my previous one is empty.

Can somebody help me to recover the data?

I mean... is testing data but is really painful to recover all data again.

Private User According to the logs you were able to access sandbox yesterday around 7a PST.

Following the proposal from Jan, which is to create a new profile. But all the testing data that I was having is no longer there.

Just want to enter having the testing data.

Anybody able to support?

Sandbox is a sandbox, i.e not real data, and it is wiped from time to time.

So in the last 4 years it has been wiped only 2 times. In fact both of them within one year and without previous notification of deletion.

Actually, it was only wiped once when the VM it was running on crashed.

Since then I've been backing it up to prevent data loss from happening again.

So why am I not able to recover back my user and data?
