Did our Elizabeth marry and have children with both this Benjamin Martin and a Richard Blanton?

FS gives parents as Caleb Lindsey and Claire Daniel who married in Virginia.

She only had one husband.
Thankfully this is resolved!
Will look to add some sources for her but will be difficult due to the timeframe.

She is often conflated with Elizabeth Blanton
UNLESS they ARE one and the same.

Seen as daughter of Caleb Lindsey, Sr. and Clara Lindsey

We need the marriage records and a list of children!

Elizabeth is seen as marrying Richard Blanton who would have been considerably older than her.
Five children are named in his will and their birth dates are not known but he died circa 1734 and they are seen as marrying around 1714 or 1724.
Many (over seven thousand public trees at Ancestry) show her marrying Benjamin Martin a few years after the death of Richard and then having more children.

We need a list of children.

Some show her as grandmother of Caleb Martin Caleb Martin and Lindsey Martin Lindsay Martin and Larkin Martin Larkin Martin

I do see an index for a marriage of a Benjamin Martin born 1713 to an Elizabeth Larkin but no image yet ...

I can help with DNA if you still need--these were my former husband's ancestors. Let me know.

I reached out to FamilySearch to ask them to unmerge the two Elizabeths there.
It is plausible that Richard Blanton and Benjamin Martin bot married a woman named Elizabeth Lindsey and they are the same woman but records were destroyed after the Civil War and I really think there's a researcher out there who has some info that could shed a light on them
