If you look at the decendent reports, the two profiles don't fit together at all.

* What's in the book may be incorrect.
* The second profile may have a similar name but not be the person in the book.
* Or the entire tree is incorrect.

I don't think it is possible to merge those profiles without creating a huge mess.
