I have tried to log in at the Sandbox and my previous password does not seem to work. Neither the password recovery interface looks to be working as I am not able to receive any mail. Any clue? Did anything changes?

I can confirm that sandbox sent your password recovery email.
Have you checked your spam folder?

I checked it before. Just in case I requested the password again without success.
However, when I created this conversation the email went directly to my inbox.
