Now, I tried to open this same profile on my laptop (different technology, different browser, different everything), still the profile won't open.
So if it works for you, but not me, no matter the technology, therefore, the problem must be related to "me", my profile. There may be something that sends the relationship building routine into a loop, until it times out.
I'll open a ticket with customer service.
I also get a time out error. I can see the data via the API, the edit profile, or tree view. Just can't get it to see it in profile view. Tried the various tabs in profile view with no change.
Tried to view the profile when not logged into Geni and it worked. So I think it might be something within the logged in code. I see a delay on "hermes.geni.com" websocket.
