It is not credible that Richard's wife and mother are both Elizabeth Feathers. I believe the mother is in error, and the father.
I believe that a DIFFERENT Jonathan Parsons, B. about 1810 and lived in District 2 of Bradley County, TN and died there. His daughter Nancy did not die at one day old, but married a Dixon, and they had a daughter who married my great grandfather.
Nancy, Emily, Albert, Owen, and I were all born in Bradley County, TN, where Jonathan is buried.
I also believe Richard is not the son but the grandson of Richard of about 1720.
