I was not sure what to do with this but it is really cool

It is totally cool. Do we have an Alamo Place project ?

Awesome ! TY for sharing !

Hey William Owen Bill love the old pic Davy Crockett he is my 13 cousin 2X removed i would ask Pam Wilson she curated

The funny thing is, is that Geni says I am related to David Crockett on my dad's'side and Jim Bowie and Sam Houston on my mom's' side !

Great Stuff

Awesome photo, A great historical artifact.

Love the pictures!!!!!!

Did you guys see where some idiot carved his name on one of the walls inside the Alamo last week. They said it caused something like $200,000 dollars worth of damage. A Park Ranger saw him do it and was arrested.

Nice photo Bill.

Good Ole Davy.....my 8th cousin.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alamo_Mission_in_San_Antonio#/media/F... this drawing from 1838 have the same house as in the old photo, the tree is also there if you look careful.

That 'oldest' photo would be great in the Alamo project (yes, one exists! One can either search for it ... or, expand the list of projects associated with Davy's profile and it will be found there, too.)

There are still a lot of profiles of the Defenders not yet on Geni, so help is appreciated for 'completing' the list -- ideally with their connections into the World Family Tree, if information can be found.
