John Justice, of Charles City & Augusta - Bad Merge or Bad Marriage

John Justice of Charles City & Augusta County *disappears from the historical record* sometime in the 1750s. He *may* have worked his way up the Shenandoah Valley to marry a Mary Hoge of the Hoge family of Opequon, Frederick County, VA (*if* he escaped being killed by hostile natives, which is not clear). He DID NOT marry anyone named Mary Moor(e) and he DID NOT have a son named Simeon.

There was a *completely different* John Justice who *did* marry a Mary Moor(e) and *did* have a son named Simeon - but he was born in Plymouth County, MASSACHUSETTS and had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the Charles City, VA Justices. This one: John Justice, Sr., of Mirey Creek
