Christopher Jensen Kempe - Kempe Family Photos

Hi, I am a 2-great granddaughter of Christopher Jensen Kempe through Helena Naegle.

I have been going through some family photos and would like to find someone in the Kempe family line that might help me identify some of the people. Some of the photos are from the 1920-30's and there are some from a Kempe reunion held in around 1960(?). If anyone has any information, I would appreciate a response.

Jan,
I'm a descendant of Christoper Jensen Kempe and Anne Johnsen (1837-1907). Their daughter Olena (1874-1951) had a daughter named Anna Lewis (1900-1977) who is my grandmother.

I'm hoping that some of the Lewis family is in the photo's you mention.

I also sent merge requests for you to merge up the duplicate profiles so that we can work together on our family tree.

Hi Randy.
Sorry but I had a super long day yesterday. Yes to merging. That would be great. I am sending you the photos that I have scanned so far. I haven't checked yet but if I don't have all of them scanned yet, I will finish the process when I get home later this afternoon.

I am so glad to be in contact with some members of the Kempe family. My mom and her generation knew all the aunts and uncles that lived or visited the St Johns-Concho area and our Aunt Jennie (Naegle) Engstrom kept in contact with several of them. Now, no one has contact that we know of.
