About the Coley surname

Michael Coley married a widow, Sarah Ann Hughes in 1842. They sailed for New Zealand in 1848 aboard the ship Bernicea. It seems they had a small daughter named Isobella and also the 17 year old daughter of Sarah's first marriage, named Anne Isobella Hughes.. Sarah Ann Coley (Hughes) died in Wellington, NZ ,in 1875, but we can not find any trace of Michael, or the younger child, or any other younger children of that marriage. The older girl, Anne Isobella Hughes married my gt,grandfather, George Joseph Chapman at Waimea West, Nelson, in 1849.
