In 1860 William Wallace lived in Camden, Kershaw, SC. with "Lizzie" his wife & Isabella "Belle" . Isabella "Belle "Workman (married James English Vaughan) & her sister S.D.. He worked as a Clerk. The value of his persona property was $3,000,00.


In 1870 William was still living in Camden, and was a clerk in a store. There were 3 children living with them - Belle, Julia & John B. Wallace.


In 1880 William was living with Lizzie and three of his children - S.D., J.D. (Julia) & J.B. (James).

On the same block lived his daughter Isabella "Belle"who was married to James English Vaughan & their son W.W. (William Wallace) 1876, J.D. daughter1878 & L.M. 1880 (son).
