About Warren Elgort
Warren Elgort is an American film director, cinematographer and producer.
Warren was born in New York City, to photographer Arthur Elgort and opera director Grethe Holby. His Father is of Russian Jewish heritage, and his mother has Norwegian ancestry.
Warren attended Trinity School on the upper west side of Manhattan and Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, where he graduated with honors and achieved All-American recognition for collegiate tennis. He began his professional career working across departments behind the camera on film sets. In the fall of 2013, he co-founded Angler Films production company. In 2015 he started his own production company, Warren Elgort LLC.
