About Vicente Formoso

Vicente Formoso was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the first district of Cagayan at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 2, 1925 to June 2, 1931. He later served as the Governor of Cagayan from 1931 to 1937.
