Katherine married secondly, Thomas Strangeways (c. 1395-before 1442) - they had 2 daughters. She married thirdly John, Viscount Beaumont, who was killed in 1460. Her fourth and last marriage was infamous, and known by contemporaries as the 'diabolical marriage'[1] - she married John Woodville, brother of Elizabeth Woodville, Edward IV's queen. He would have been barely twenty at the time of their marriage - she in her mid to late sixties. Yet she survived even him as he was executed in 1469 during the brief period of time that her nephew - Richard, Earl of Warwick (The 'Kingmaker') had usurped the authority of the crown. She was still alive in 1483, having survived all the descendents of her first marriage.

- Thomas Strangeways
- Birth: 1395, England
- Death: 1442, England
- Thomas Strangeways was born in Castle, Yorkshire, England and died in 1442 in Northallerton, Yorkshire, England. His parents were Matilda Cheswyk and Henry Strangeways. Thomas had a sister born 1384 in North Riding, Yorkshire, England and she married Thomas Montford in 1404 in Yorkshire, England.
- This burial place for Thomas is certainly not written in stone, but it is in the area where Thomas was buried. I would more than welcome any correction, addition, or comments. It is the only cemetery that I can find that would "fit" into the area and date of Thomas Strangeways death.
