The Complete Peerage of England (1890 Edition)lists Philip (2) was the son of Philip and Margaret Goushill. He had no Title, and appears to have died before 1350 (Vol 3, P 96). Philip was the father of Philip Le Despencer 1st Baron Le Despencer.
