We can be rather sure that Henry Baldwin and Alice did not have two sons named Robert, one born 1562, Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire, married Joane Robinson and another born 1573, Reading, Berkshire. The confusion appears to derive from secondary sources (e.g., Dicken, Terrell Genealogy) showing a Robert Baldwin of Reading married to Joane Pigeone in Reading, 1590.
