Littlepages came from Derth, Scotland to Kent when James I of Scotland ascended to the throne of England in 1603.
Richard Littlepage came to Kent, England about 1660 and came with brother Edmond who returned. Richard received land grant in New Kent later known as Cumberland.
From http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Littlepage-24
Gentleman Richard Littlepage was the executor of Samuel Osteen's estate. His son, Richard (II), deeded 184 acres of land to George Pemberton in 1702 based on purchase of that land by George's deceased father, John Pemberton, from Richard (I) Littlepage. The 184 acres were part of a patent of 2367 acres granted to Richard (I) before he died. His son also deeded land in 1702 inherited from his "father" (likely father-in-law), Samuel Oustin. Richard (II) and his wife, Frances, deeded land, inherited from Samuel Osteen, to John Ostin (Austin) in 1702.
Some genealogies list death date as 20 APR 1688, but that likely refers to the father Edmund's death date instead.
