She was the daughter of William FitzHugh (d. 1452) 4th Lord FitzHugh, and his wife Margery Willoughby.

- He married (1st) by papal dispensation dated 1 July 1436 (they being related in the 4th and [5th] degree of kindred ELIZABETH (or ISABEL) FITZ HUGH, daughter of William Fitz Hugh, Knt., 4th Lord Fitz Hugh, of Ravensworth, Yorkshire, by Margery, daughter of William Willoughby, K.G., 5th Lord Willoughby of Eresby [see FITZ HUGH 8 for her ancestry].
- They had six sons, Robert, Knt., John, Richard (clerk), Ralph, William, and William(2nd of name), and six daughters, Elizabeth, Joan, Isabel, Margery, Mary (wife of Thomas Salvain, Esq., and Edmund Hastings), and Anne. He was a legatee and one of the executors of his father's 1436 will. He was summoned to Parliament from 29 Oct. 1436 to 26 Sept. 1439, by writs directed ‘Radulpho Barani et Greystok’, and from 3 Dec. 1441 to 15 Sept. 1485, by writs directed ‘Radulpho Graystok or de Graystok’,rhiialsr. He was a Trier of Petitions in Parliament in 1453, and again in 1461. He accompanied the King in his expedition to the North in 14d2. His wife, Elizabeth, died 20 March 1468/9.
- He married (2nd) ELIZABETH TYRRELL, daughter of John Tyrrell. They had one daughter, Anne.
- He married (3rd) at Hinderskelf, Yorkshire by license dated 20 Sept. 1483 BEATRICE HAWCLIFF (or HATCLIFF), sister of Richard Hawcliff. They had no issue. In 148s, as ”Ralph, lord de Greystok and Wemme,” he conveyed the site of his manor of Grimthorpe (in Great Givendale), Yorkshire to feoffees.
- SIR RALPH GREYSTOKE, 5th Lord Greystoke, died 1 June 1487. He left a will dated 27 May 1487, proved 30 July 1487, requesting burial in the chancel of Kirkham Abbey, Yorkshire.
- His widow, Beatrice, married (and) by license dated 18 July 1490 ROBERT CONSTABLE, Esq., of North Cliffe (in Sancton), Yorkshire, Serjeant-at-Ian, Justice of Assize, 2nd son of Robert Constable, Knt., of Flamborough, Yorkshire, by Agnes, daughter of Philip Wentworth, Knt. They had two sons, Marmaduke and Robert, and three daughters, Agnes (wife of Henry Thwaites, Knt.), Elizabeth, and Jane. ROBERT CONSTABLE, Esq., died 22 Nov. 1501. He left a will dated 2 Sept. 1501, proved 13 Jan. 1501/2. Following his death, his widow, Beatrice, took the veil. Beatrice, Lady Greystoke, died 20 April 1505, and was buried at Sancton, Yorkshire. She left a will dated 12 April 1505, proved5 June 1505, requesting burial in the parish church of Sancton, Yorkshire.
