Bartrum, in the above mentioned cite, Bleddyn ap Maenyrch 40, cites the mother of Hopkin ap Hywel Fychan as N.N. ferch Sir William Cantelupe, not Agnes de Cantelupe. Per Medlands :https://fmg.ac/Projects/MedLands/ENGLISHNOBILITYMEDIEVAL3.htm#Willi..., Agnes was a sister of the William (IV) de Cantelupe/Cantelo who married Eva de Briouse, and as such a daughter of William (III) de Cauntelo and Melisende de Gournay.
