Note from Ed White:

d/o James Courtney and Mary Jenkins (?) of Westmoreland, Virginia
[Westmoreland County VA, Order Book One 1698-1699 page 20A. (Dorman)],
[Westmoreland County, Virginia, Order Book Two 1700-1701 Page 104A (Dorman)].

There is nothing in either one of these orders that says Frances was any relation to Jenkins, nor that Jenkins married Courtney.
