About Mary Baker

https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/141373909/mary_baker
Mary (Rice) Baker was the daughter of Abraham and Ann (Hansford) Rice.
Based on census records we have surmised that Mary was born before 1776.
She married Edward Baker some time before or in early 1800, as their first son Thomas was born in 1801. They were the parents of ten children, all born in Wayne County.
Mary died in 1827 and is likely buried at Bethel Cemetery because her husband Edward was a trustee of the church.
Mary's brother, the Reverend William Rice was the pastor of the church.
