Lady Marjorie Stewart was born before 1380. She was the daughter of Robert Stewart, 1st Duke of Albany and Margaret Graham, Countess of Menteith. (Sic: more likely a daughter of the 2nd wife, Muriel de Keith. See below)
She married Sir Duncan Campbell, 1st Lord Campbell, son of Sir Colin Campbell of Lochow and Mariot Campbell. She died before August 1432.
Lady Marjorie Stewart was also known as Marceline Stewart. Her married name became Campbell.

According to Burke's Peerage 1938, page 144, tells that Marjory's
parents-in-law married "sometime before 1 April 1387"
Sir Colin Campbell of Lochow and Margaret (Mariot ?) Campbell (Marjory's in-laws) married before 1 April 1387 and had four sons and a daughter, the second son Colin Campbell, 1st of Ardkinglass, according to G. Harvey Johnston in his "The Heraldry of the Campbells", page 105, married by Papal licence in 1396-----------how young was Colin?
To me it seems that Marjory's husband most likely was born 1387-1389, which makes him at least seven or more years younger than his wife.
To me it seems that who is the mother of Marjoy depends on when she was born, Aaron Parmenter quotes several times that she was born before 1380.
Margaret Graham, Countess of Menteith, the possible mother of Marjory, according to CP VIII page 668 died between20 July 1372 and 4 May 1380. Her parents married before 1334, and apparently she was born about 1339, .making her young enough to give birth "before 1380" to Marjory. On 20 July 1372 (I presume) Margaret attended the contracting of a marriage, but what if she died shortly after that? Making Marjory born about 1372? Makes Marjory "possibly" 15 years older than her husband.
Margaret Graham appears to have married her fourth husband Robert Stewart, 1st Duke of Albany, in 1361 and their (no doubt) first child Murdoch was born about 1362. There were only three or four more children (daughters) born. Would they have been born between 1362 and "before 1380"?
Muriella Keith and Robert Stewart, 1st Duke of Albany, received dispensation to marry on 4 May 1380. and their son John, Earl of Buchan, CP Volume II page 377 was born about 1380. This means that Marjory, is she has the same mother, was born after 1380 which makes it possible to be much closer in age to her husband Duncan Campbell, most likely born 1387-1389, especially as Muriella Keith and Robert Stewart appear to have had five children (3 sons) and we do not know where Marjory would fit in.
In all I am not as yet convinced that I have the wrong mother for Marjory. If anyone can give better details, I will gladly change it.
