concerns
This Johann resembles Wendell Miller. Are they supposed to be the same person? Further research is warranted.
brief biography and family
also known in colonial America and the United States as Wendel Miller
Per Kioren Davin Moss' research for membership in Sons of the American Revolution, Wendel Miller emigrated from Germany, aboard the vessel "Brothers," and found his way to Rowan County, North Carolina. Wendel served in the North Carolina Militia from 1776-1781, first as a Lieutenant in Capt. Berger's company and eventually being commissioned a Captain.
