If John Powell is T-M70, then he cannot have been the son of Honorias Powell, Sr. & Joyce Powell. A descendant has uploaded Y DNA with a result of R1b1a2a1a1b. But Wikitree contradicts itself at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Powell-1293, which shows haplogroup R-BY12150.

John Powell was born about 1686 / 1700 and died 1763 in Culpepper Co., VA. He married Ann [Pickett?] on Bef. 1725. She was born abt. 1709, and died abt. 1776.
