John Melville, 1st of Raith

John Melville, 1st of Raith married unknown daughter Stewart, daughter of Sir John Stewart of Innermeath, 3rd of Lorn and Isabella Macdougall.1 He died before 1427.1

• When John 1st (de Raith) Melville was born in 1351, his father, Walter, was 25 and his mother, Margaret, was 17. He had one son with Ne, (Miss de Lorn) Stewart in 1398. He died in 1427 having lived a long life of 76 years.
