They were the parents of:

- John ( 1698-July 15, 1759)
In 1697 Thomas Branch, eldest son of Thomas Branch, who was eldest son of Christopher Branch, sold 100 acres at Kingsland to John Cocke and his then wife, Obedience Branch. The deed recited that Obedience was daughter and co-heir of John Branch and that Christopher Branch had given the tract to William Branch and his wife, Jane, grandmother of Obedience
