Jesse Pearl All

Jesse Pearl All, son of John All and wife Laura Annie Zediker, was born August 17, 1882 in Spencer, Clay County, Iowa and died January 1, 1951 in Fresno County, California. He married Alma Zediker on March 7, 1908, in Fresno County, California. From his WWI draft registration we learn that he had grey eyes and black hair, and that he was tall, with a slender build.

Jesse appears in the 1910 US Census for Parlier District, Fresno County, California, aged 27, a farmer born in Iowa, and married for two years to Alma, age 19, born in California. Jesse appears in the the 1920 US Census for Fresno County, California, aged 37, born in Iowa and a fruit farmer by trade. Alma is age 28, born in California. With them in the household is daughter Frances G, age 3-11/12, born in California. Jesse appears in the 1930 US Census for Parlier, Fresno County, California, age 47, born in Iowa and a fruit farmer by trade. Alma is age 39 and born in California. Also in the household are children Frances G., age 14, and Wesley D., age 8, both born in California.

Alma Price Zediker, daughter of George F. Zediker and wife Mattie Temperance Stump, was born March 4, 1891 in Fresno County, California and died November 29, 1996 in Fresno County, California. Alma and Jesse were cousins – Jesse’s mother and Alma’s father were siblings.

Jesse and Alma are buried together at Mendocino Cemetery, Parlier, Fresno County, California
