Jane Pleydell

Jane was the third daughter of John St John and his wife Lucy Hungerford. Jane is third from the right in the portrait, in between Anne & Eleanor.

She married first to Rbert Atteye, on the 22nd May 1606, and secondly, on the 14th October 1615, she married Charles Pleydell. She, according to the MI of Charles Pleydell, had 7 sons & 3 daughters with him.

"Heere lieth the body of Sir John St John, Knight who maried Lucy daughter & co heire
of Sir Walter Hungerford of Farley, Knight by whom he had issue Walter that died young
Sir John St John Knight & Baronet, Oliver that died young Katherine Anne Jane Elinor Barbara
Lucy & Martha that died a child. He deceased the 20 of September 1594. She was secondly maried to
Sir Anthony Hungerford Knight by whom she had Edward Bridget and Jane & then died the 4 of June 1598

After her decease, he married
Jane the daughter of Sir John St John
of Lydiard Treygooze Kt & Bart: By
who he had 7 sons & 3 daughters.
And died April the 5th 1642.
