Isom Adkins Slone was born in 1795 at Patrick County, Virginia. He was the son of William Hiram Slone Sr and Mary Alice Sizemore. Isom Adkins Slone married Polly Reynolds, daughter of Joseph Reynolds Sr and Sarah Perkins, on 26 October 1815 at Floyd County, Kentucky. Isom Adkins Slone died on 15 August 1855 at Floyd County, Kentucky.
