Ida van Mortagne (tweede huwelijk)(°ca. 1109) huwde Wouter van Oisy (°ca. 1105 -1147/1150[79]), bijgenaamd Plukiel, voogd van Doornik en heer van Avenne (thans: Avesnes, Frans Henegouwen)[80], Leuze en Konde (thans: Condé, Frans-Henegouwen)[81].

Ida of Mortagne (second marriage)(°ca. 1109) married Wouter of Oisy (°ca. 1105 -1147/1150[79]), nicknamed Plukiel, guardian of Tournai and lord of Avenne (now: Avesnes, French Hainaut)[80], Leuze and Konde (now: Condé, French Hainaut)[81].
