She was the daughter of Benjamin Nottingham Webster and Elizabeth Moon. She married Edward Levy-Lawson, 1st Baron Burnham, son of Joseph Moses Levy and Esther Cohen, on 20 February 1862 at Parish Church, Kennington, Kent. She died at 12 Berkeley Square, London.
