"On March 8, 1706, at Lancaster County D.B. 9/225 Francis Wright sold to his brother Charles Wright 50 acres of land that descended from Charles Hill to his daughter Mary (Hill) Wright, mother of Francis and Charles." (Wright, John)

"On December 10, 1718, at Lancaster County, Virginia, D.B. 11/110 Francis Wright and his wife Anne of Christ Church Parish, Charles Wright, and Ralph Briggs sold to William Ranken 70 acres of land, part of the land inherited by Francis Wright from his mother Mary (Hill) Wright and sold to Charles Wright and by Charles Wright sold to Ralph Briggs, with John Wright and William Meredith as witness."
