Some sources reference that Elizabeth de Strathbogie was born circa 1353 in Atholl, Perthshire while others reference that she was born 1361 at Chilham Castle in Badlesmere, Kent. Given that Elizabeth was the daughter of David Strathbogie, Earl of Atholl, the 1353 birth date and place seems more probable............
Elizabeth de Strathbogie married first Sir Thomas de Percy (1366 - 1388), the marriage giving issue to one son, Sir Henry Percy............Sometime after 1388, Elizabeth married second John le Scrope, the marriage giving issue to Elizabeth le Scrope (c. 1400 - c. 1455).
