Eleno Roa

CURATOR NOTE: Eleno Roa's parentage has yet to be verified through either or both of his sons Consorcio and/or Arturo Roa' baptismal record in one of the municipalities in Leyte or Southern Leyte (likely San Juan, Southern Leyte based on my memory when I looked through their own children's birth certificates in Manila), whereas his grandparents' names are likely mentioned.

Eleno Roa was the 4th municipal president of Liloan, Leyte from 1911 to 1912.
