Dr Andrew Bruce Pettigrew, Physiatrist practice was in Nowra, NSW, Australia. He tragically took his own life in 1994 by hanging himself after murdering his wife. Mental Health effects anyone.

Andrew's first wife was Mrs Evelyn Joyce Pettigrew (census records) By 1993 he had remarried his patient Catherine Gai Rodgers (nee MCMahon). This relationship ended on the 19 January 1994 with their deaths.
