MEMORIAL PHOTOS 2 FLOWERS 3 Jean F. Tharp, 77, of Belton, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013, in a Belton Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, July 1, 2013, at the Dossman Funeral Home Chapel in Belton with Warren King officiating. Burial will follow in Rogers Cemetery.

Dorthy Jean was born in Latham, Tennessee, to the late J. W. and Delma (Tucker) Foster. She married Thomas Tharp on Nov 22, 1954 in Dresden, Weakley Co., Tennessee. Jean worked at Scott and White Hospital for more than 44 years. She was a member of the Leon Valley Church of Christ.

Survivors include her son and his wife,of Temple; two grandsons,two great-grandchildren, one brother and his wife, of Belton; one sister, and her husband, of Dresden, Tennessee; other relatives and many friends.
