Chloe married Frederick Fraley, Sr. (1722-1792) c.1758 in Rowan County, North Carolina. They had thirteen identified children: James B., Jesse, Caleb, Frederick, Jr., Daniel B., William, Isaac O., Henry, Sarah, Nancy, Reuben, Benjamin F., & Thomas Fraley.
