Bertha Levi, daughter of Leopold and Henriette Ackermann, lived with her husband Mayer Levi in Gross-Bieberau until they sold their farm in 1938 when they moved to live with relatives in Giessen. From a "Jewhaus" (Judenhaus) they were deported in 1942 and in Treblinka's concentration camp their traces disappeared. (Information from Active museum Wiesbaden for German-Jewish history.
